How to Delete Your Account
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Open the Account page by tapping the profile icon in the top-right corner of the app.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Select the Delete Account button.

Confirm deletion by reviewing the confirmation message and tapping Yes, Delete My Account.

Wait while your account is being permanently deleted. You will be logged out automatically once the process is complete.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:

Your account profile and authentication details
-
All session data and session history
-
Personal information (name, email)
-
Any unused purchased credits (these cannot be transferred or refunded after account deletion)

Journals and Reframes
-
All other associated data
Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account has been deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, chat history, sessions, journals, credits, or any associated data.
